How do I change the number of rings before my voicemail picks up? My phone rings about 20 times.
The time is set at 30 seconds by Verizon and cannot be changed. Perhaps using a different ringtone would help?

20 times is quite a bit! Let's look further into this. How long has your phone been doing this? Is this something new or has it always been like this? What make/model phone do you have?
