How to Block "No Caller ID"?

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a new IPhone February 5th, 2015. I am getting "No Caller ID" calls without having any incoming number.Its just showing Name as "No Caller ID".In a day I getting min 7-8 times. I am getting irritation because of that.

Can anyone please help me out how to block that?
