We are always here to help MARTOR65. Are you trying to remove the passcode on the phone http://vz.to/2aJH3QA? Or did you forget the passcode and trying to unlock the phone http://vz.to/2bprTNa? Please clarify so we may better assist.

To add on to the above post. If you do NOT know the passcode to the device, there is no way to reset it beyond factory resetting the device (unless you are an Enterprise user with MDM installed, which is unlikely).

To factory reset the device, you will need a computer (Mac, or PC running Windows), the Lightning or 30-Pin USB Cable used to charge the phone, and a copy of iTunes. The device will then need to be booted into DFU mode, or restored via iTunes. See this Apple KB on restoring a device (first article) and using DFU mode (Second article).

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Suppo...

DATA PLAN WARNING: If your computer connects up to the Internet using a Metered Internet connection, please be aware a fresh copy of iOS that will need to be downloaded from Apple will range from 1GB to 2.5GB in size depending on the device model. Budget your data use accordingly if your ISP meters data.
