When paying my bill online, since it was my first time, I accidentally thought the first payment didn't go through so I decided to make a second payment. Unfortunately just as I finished I realized my first had actually gone through. I went to check my bank statements and it said I'd made two 45 dollar payments. Is there any way I can retract this accidental second payment?
Call customer service and see if you can get them to cancel the second payment. Otherwise you may have to contact your bank
