I am no longer able to get my email on my iPhone 6. All emails are gone , even those in my trash. Settings are accurate, I have been to the Comcast Website to verify them, they also match my iPad and my husband's iPhone6. I have had my iPhone for 6 weeks now with no problems. Today at lunch it got hung picking up my mail. I noticed mail (grayed out) with a date of 12/26/69 I thought that was odd. it never arrived, the screens went blank and everything is gone and now I can't get anything.

I know how important it is to be receiving emails on your device. Let's make sure we find resolution. Are all other data applications functioning properly? Have you attempted to remove and sign back into the email account? Please share some further details so we can assist. Thanks.
