help.....I inactivated my old phone but now I can't get my new one activated
How was the iPhone 5 deactivated? Was it done by calling Verizon?
If you ordered this phone as an upgrade against your line, make sure you use the automated phone system number provided by Verizon with the phone to activate it. Otherwise, join Verizon Wireless Live Chat or call them by another telephone to find out what went wrong, if the phone is not working.
Be sure your old device is turned off whenever trying to activate your new phone. It cannot be on until activation goes through.
