I just upgraded my Verizon Prepaid Service for an IPhone and I prepaid until 9/15 and they cut off my service unless I pay 6 days earlier for the upgraded service. I prepaid for the service I signed up for and it should be valid through 9/15! I don't ne

Poor customer service! Poor coordination with internet upgrades and reality. I even just did a survey saying their web site was easy to get my goal accomplished. Turns out it was not. Wish I could take that survey back!
