My iphone 5c will not connect to any wifi networks and have no signal everywhere I go. I have tried resetting everything on my phone such as network settings and phone settings. I have tried replacing the SIM card and calling verizon. NOTHING HAS WORKED. I cannot make phone calls, receive them and same goes for text massages. I have no 4G or 3G at all. I have ZERO wifi connections and I have data but it wont work. I'm sick of paying for things that do not work and I can't afford to buy a new phone or SIM card or whatever. I need help because I need this phone for my job. I'm so completely frustrated and I have never been so upset. PLEASE HELP.
Unfortunately the cell phones are not the carriers responsibility. We, the customer, own the phone.
HOw long have you had the phone?
IS it a Verizon phone?
Your options:
Try a full wipe and restore (fingers crossed that this fixes it)
Contact Apple and see if they will repair or replace the phone. (Again, fingers crossed)
Replacing the phone doesn't have to be a $700 purchase. All of my phones were eBay purchases. There are plenty of good used phones for $100-200.
