I've been lied to by representative after representative all weekend long. I should start by saying I ordered my iPhone 6s Plus moments after it went on sale on the 12th. I had an expected delivery date of 9/25. I received an voicemail saying there I needed to contact customer service on the 24th. When I called the customer service rep said that my order was not finalized and he needed to finalize it. He said that I wouldn't have a delivery of the 25th but that he upgraded shipping so I would have it Saturday the 26th. After not receiving a shipping confirmation I called the next day and they couldn't figure out what was going on but said the phone had definitely shipped. The next day I called again and the rep said my payment failed. I assured him it had not. He said that he didn't understand why I was told it shipped but assured me it would ship today. I called today and was told that my phone is back ordered and I will not receive it until sometime in October. I pay for 5 phones each month and have been with Verizon for many years. They obviously don't value their customers whatsoever.
