My Iphone SE has serious problems with bluetooth. While in my auto, incoming calls are often indiscernible. I have a new car, 2016 Lexus, and a new phone so dated technology should not be the issue. Interestingly, music, kindle books, etc come through the bluetooth fine. Only phone calls are afftected.
Also, I have tried the phone on other vehicles and have the same problem. I went to my auto dealer to see if it was the car, and that has been eliminated. I then came to Verizon....and since my 14 days are up (I was out of town....bought the phone before I left and had it shipped to me while on vacation) I cannot switch to a different model. I have searched the web and see that this is a recurring problem with this phone. I contacted Apple and they say it is not a "Trending Issue". I was on tech support with them for 2.5 hours with absolutely no resolution. I am so sorry that I switched phones and that I bought a phone that had just hit the marketplace. Verizon is sending me a "replacement phone" to see if that fixes the problem. I was told to take the sim card out of this one and put it in the new phone to see if that works.
Question: Wouldn't using the same sim card have the same issues??????
Question: Any other VZ customers have this problem????

The Bluetooth issue is a known problem with the SE. Contact the seller. If Verizon, call Verizon Support or visit a store.

Hello, this is Apple we are talking about here, what did you expect? Really sad that they wouldn't even admit that it has been a problem, when it really is.

And this is why one should wait until kinks are worked out before buying a new phone. Anyhow, this isn't Verizon's fault. All they are able to do is see if there is a connection. This really needs to be fixed by Apple especially if the issue exists over multiple devices or vehicles.
