Phone stolen. Reported, deactivated. Question: if thieves crack password, can they access apps, email, Facebook, data, etc?

IF you use find my iPhone to remotely lock your phone, no one can access your information.  Have you gone on iCloud.com and done so?

You can access icloud from another device with find my iPhone app, or a computer, login to your Apple ID and lock the phone.  This may also help locate the phone if it is on.
