Incoming phone calls to my iPhone go straight to voice mail. How do I resolve that so the phone rings allowing me to answer before going to voice mail?

Thank you for your help. After spending the normal "over an hour" wait to connect with Verizon customer service, they resolved my problem (I hope!). My phone was connecting or trying to connect to the bluetooth in my vehicle, even though my vehicle is in the garage. Once I turned bluetooth off, my phone started ringing.

Look no further help is here! Let's get your calls ringing again. Are all calls going straight to voice mail? How long has this been going on? Which iPhone do you have?
Let's make sure your call forwarding is not enabled. From your cell dial *73 send. Wait for confirmation beeps or message and end the call. Retest and keep us posted.

LOL.... I should have thought of that, it's happened before. Glad you resolved it on your own.
