Why do I pay insurance to Verizon then my phone breaks and I am now on a waiting list to replace my 5c 32gb. I dint want a 16gb I want what I pay insurance for every month

Why can't they upgrade you to a 5s

Because if more of a product is on the way, you must wait for that same model.  If they were no longer receiving stock of the 5C, then the 5S might be the similar model given.

They don't usually make you wait until more devices come in maybe there doing because it's Apple device.

I'm sure Apple has a stipulation in its agreement with Verizon about the replacement phones.
