wife is on a plane to ireland. And despite a number of attempts she has been unable to get instructions on how to

dial from her iphone 5se (while in ireland) to a local ireland number. From her phone (while in ireland) to a

number in USA. Text to another phone while in ireland, and same to a phone in USA.

She has the full international plan currently in place. Useless if she doesn't have instructions.
