I got a message saying I could return my iphone 12 pro max that I'm still paying on and they would give me the 14. The only problem is that my back glass is cracked! Would they still accept my iphone or would they denie my upgrade?
Hello ASimpleSomething! To answer your question, with early/annual upgrades, your device would need to be damage-fee when ou return it to us. If you return the device to us with a cracked screen or back, you may receive a Damaged Device Fee. I recommend getting the back glass repaired before returning it.
