Iphone 5s screen problem

My Iphone 5s has somethinh behind the screen. I cant screen shot it or take a picture but it looks cloudy. I have not dropped my phone nor has it been exposed to water. What do I do. I have insurance on it. Im so scared I need my phone to be in working order, please help!!!!

If you have Asurion I would file a claim.  Alternatively, you can file with Apple.
