Iphone 6 Call Waiting Issue

I sure hope someone can help me.  I have an Iphone 6 and lately anytime I am on the phone and a second call comes in, I hear the beep indicating a second call but no options show on my screen to allow me to answer it or ignore it and it does not show the caller ID.  I have tried everything I can think of and have already reset my network setting but it still doesn't fix the issue.

I can see how this can become very inconvenient. I want to make sure all the features are working with your wonderful iPhone 6. I'm confident we would be able to get this fixed for you.
