My Iphone 6 is not getting a signal. Have tried all the troubleshooting ideas and nothing. This is the second time is has happened and I can not receive or make phone calls
Princesa97, We cant have you walking around with a broken phone. We are here to help get you back up and running. Has there been any physical damage done to your phone? Did we have you remove your sim card?

It happened again. Tried everything including sim card. Just logged into my account and it doesn't even show an iPhone? I don't get it. How can there be this type of problem after just a year? I can only use my phone on wifi. I've had no signal (searching) for two days.
