Iphone Misquoted Price

Yesterday my Iphone 7 was not working. The salesman basically told me I had to get a new phone. He said I had 2 options for upgrading, I could get the iphone XS for $25 a month or the iphone 11 for $41 a month. I KNOW he said iphone XS beucase for the duration of the converstaion I thought he was saying the word excess... then it finally clicked. We talked about the $20 difference between the XS and the 11 and how they are very similar phones. I went with the $25 option. He set up my XS and I was on my way. I get home and see that I will be charged $37 monthly for the XS. So it appears he made a mistake and misquoted me at the XR rate ($25 monthly) and sold me a XS with the impression of paying $25 a month. I know I can switch phones within my 14 days but is there any hope that they honor this mistake in store? Long shot, I know.

I'm sorry for any confusion this has caused, lmg100991. I apologize for this experience at the store. I know how important it is to get the correct promotion. Systematically, we are not able to modify the device payment agreement for the iPhone XS. I recommend visiting the store where you purchased the device within the 14-days for a second opinion on this recent upgrade. Please keep us updated on your progress.
