Hello TDS1951, and congratulations on your new device. You can always start over when setting up a new device. Just go to Settings> General> Reset> Erase all content and settings. Please let us know if we can assist you again.

If you haven't resolved this yet you may need to call Verizon customer service to have a number ported. They need to do something on their end first. It's been a while since I had to do that but it wasn't a regular new phone setup to port for me.
