Iphone to iphone encryption- lost the blue text cloud after using Verizon Travel Pass. Is this a Verizon issue?

57471, as an iPhone user I understand your concern. We will be pleased to help. The blue conversation bubble means that a text message is being sent via mobile data and the green text message means iMessage is being used. Did you change any settings before leaving the U.S.? Are you able to use data without Wi-Fi?
