I am not able to connect to the internet on my iPhone 5
This is an urgent situation, Mandy. Let’s get your phone connected to the internet as soon as possible. When did issue start? Are you able to call, text and email on your phone? What is your ZIP code? What is your iOS version? Is there any physical/water damage to your phone?

Thank you for replying back. The problem started a couple of weeks ago. I can make phone calls. But I can't not send/receive iMessages, emails or even get on the Internet. My zip is 75455. iOS 9 I believe. And no water damage to the phone.
