Lets get this phone working again. How long has this been going on? What zip code are you in? Have you turned the phone off and on again to force it to reconnect?

have you tried restoring the phone? connect it to iTunes to back up all your content first then restore the phone. If that doesn't work it may be your swim card so you may need to reset that
sometimes it helps turning the phone on and off.
