Is there any way to see text messages that were sent to me while my service was disconnected once it's turned back on?

Hi all, so my service was disconnected for about a week while I was abroad, and was turned back on two days ago. It's been brought to my attention that a couple of people had text messaged me while I was gone, but I never received the messages. I would expect for the messages to have come through once my service was turned back on, but that wasn't the case. I'm just wondering if there's any way to see those text messages, or if anyone else has had this issue or knows why this happened?

Thanks in advance!

Customer Support

Welcome back home! I would like to clarify your account concerns to prevent any confusions. When your service is disconnected, you are not billed during that time. Any calls or messages that are sent are not delivered to your phone. Therefore, these calls or messages will not display once your phone is reconnected. The only way to avoid this from happening would be not to disconnect your line while abroad and put your phone in Airplane mode. This will help to prevent any roaming charges while abroad. Please let us know if we can help with anything else and thank you for being the best part of our family.
