Just returned from traveling and cannot get service. Have toggled back and forth with roaming, powered down phone etc and nothing helps. Any suggestions? Cannot txt, vm, call or anything.

Thank You! I actually was just on the phone with your tech support a short while ago and they were able to help me update some things etc. They were especially helpful. I have an iphone 5 and the gentlemen that I spoke with both said this sometimes happens. For some reason it was not showing up on the network at all. But now all is well and I am able to call, txt, and use internet.
