Just switched to verizon. Had number ported from AT&T. Phone still not receiving calls or texts 2 days later.

So I switched to verizon 2 days ago. I had my number ported from AT&T to my new verizon account so I wouldn't have to tell everyone my number changed again. Anyways 2 days later still not receiving any calls or texts. Only receive texts from other iPhones.

Is your old AT&T phone turned off entirely?  Try turning it off, then removing and reinserting the SIM card in the new Verizon phone, and rebooting it.  Sometimes it does take a few days for the port to complete.

Call into customer support or to VZW port department. the port may have some issues and not completed yet. (VZW guidelines are 72 hours before being able to look into any network issues after a port process)
