Does anyone else get this message? I did some checking & it says to reset my network, but I do this & it still comes back. Is there something I need to do to get this to go away?
Mikeb028a, we don't want you to miss any important messages. Let's take a closer look at the settings on your device. Is Wi-Fi enabled On? Make sure that you're connected to our network in Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data ON. Try to access your Visual Voice mail again and keep us posted.
