I'm looking to buy an iPhone 6 or 6 s. Plus or not. I currently have an iPhone 5 s that is out of contract. There's a local party that is selling hers but it's a t- moble that she used with straight talk. So if I bought this and took it to a Verizon store could they set it up in my account? I'm wanting to stay out of contract.

You shouldn't have to take it to Verizon to activate since you can just put your SIM card in it from your previous iPhone. But it should work just fine.

CindyM812 - That is a great question. Activating another carriers device on our Network depends on various factors. Is the device unlocked by the previous provider, and is the device set up to work on our networks frequency? I would not want you to buy a device you might have issues activating later. Have you taken a look at our device payment plan? Check it out. http://vz.to/1SGBBIp If you have the device MEID number you can check if activation is possible by visiting this page. http://vz.to/1ieS0Z4
