All the phone numbers show up but not with the contact. No settings were changed. Had them this morning and by the afternoon they were gone. Any idea on how to get them back?
make sure you're still signed into the iCloud service. download the Verizon Cloud and check to see if any of the contacts were backed up
iCloud is logged in and I backup to Verizon backup assistant weekly but can't find my contacts on the website or how to transfer them to my phone. When I open the backup assistant the only option is to sync and I don't want it to only sync to my few current contacts and lose the old backup.

call in to customer care and they can restore any contacts to the Verizon cloud that may have been deleted
