I sent in two IPhone 12 pro max when we upgraded to the 13. The man at verizon packaged it up to where we just had to drop it off for it to be shipped out. We can't find the tracking number and verizon is stating they have not received it and is trying to charge us $1,000 for the phones. Is there anyway I can find the tracking number because the lady at customer service said they have no way to find the tracking number unless we had it.
We can understand the importance of getting this information, Hailey, because $1000 is a lot of money. However, if we did not sen dyou the shipping label, we do not have the tracking information. If you received the tracking label from the agent at he store, I would advise you to reach out to them for assistance with obtaining the number.
