I am traveling in North Carolina and notice (My Radar, Google Map, Compass and Apple Map) all indicate my location is deviated 113 miles to the east.

Keeping up to date with current information is a must. We can check out a few settings on your device to see why you might be seeing this difference. What model iPhone do you have? Are your locations services on? Have you powered on/off to see if that helps?
