I am not receiving all my messages and the other person don't receive mine why is that and yes i have already contacted Apple to see if it was because of the but it's not so why is this happening ?
Have you tried contacting Verizon? As in calling Tech Support? Perhaps they can pinpoint what's going on.

Sorry to hear about trouble with your messeges. I know how important that feature can be. Let's get your messaging going again. When did this issue begin? Are you using your phone in a different area than you were previously? Are these regular SMS(green bubble) or iMessage(blue bubble)?
