Missed Calls not showing on paper bill

I have multiple phones on my bill. I received a call and there was a 2 min message. But it did not show up online. I waited for the paper bill and the call still does not show up.  The phone is an iphone pro, the call was not used over WI-Fi calling, nor though facetime. 

Why is it not showing up? Now i wonder if there are other calls that came in that are not showing up.
