Mobile hotspot connection issue

It says it's trying to connect and after a few minutes says it was unable to connect to phone.

Did you try to reboot phone (Hold home button and sleep/wake button together for 10 seconds and let go)?

Make sure the latest wifi driver is on your computer - check with manufacturer's web page.

Does the hotspot connect with other computers or devices?
