My iPhone 5s shuts off with a full battery and won't turn back on when plugged in. It just shows a low battery symbol on the screen. How do I fix this?

My iPhone keeps shutting off with a full battery and only shows a low battery symbol on the screen. How do I fix this??

Oh wow! That would definitely concern me just the same. That definitely seems quite inconvenient and we want to make sure that you have a working and reliable device. How long has this been going on? Since this started happening have there been any changes to the device such as new apps, app updates, software updates or even damage?
