I was going thru FB and there was a video that was playing. I tried to X it off and when I did that the phone main screen came back
half way and the phone locked up. I tried turning off the phone but it won't allow me to do that. I tried calling my number from another
phone but I couldn't answer it. I receive texts but I am unable to do anything on my phone.
