I want you to be able to make/receive your calls copyitnow. How long has this been going on for? What troubleshooting have you done? Do you have any cases on your phone?

This has been going on for 2 weeks. I only have a rubber case on my phone (not new - it has always been ther)
I worked with Apple and reloaded mall software and restored my phone. I also have the latest carrier software. Lastly, even though all signals were "Blue" on my network extender, I ordered and tried a new network extender
