My phone has been searching for service the last 3 days, I have tried troubleshooting, restarting, taking the sim card out and everything possible but it just isn't connecting

Oh no! Being without service is no good at all and we definitely want to help get you back up and running as soon as possible. Are you still having trouble wih the service? What kind of iPhone do you have? Have you tried reaching out to us over the phone at 800-922-0204 if you have a different device available?
