my  my phone started to scramble on the screen. I eventually shut it down. Now, it will not cut back on. I have tried all the instructions on this website, but nothing is helping it. Any suggestions??

power button and home button (circle) held down simultaneously for ~20 sec didn't help?

you may lose information but it will get you back into the phone. google DFU mode and follow the instructions on the apple website. it should allow you to bring your phone back to life. (you will need a computer with the most recent version of iTunes)

Yeah, that didn't work either, nothing came on the screen....

Forehand - Time to give your device some CPR to bring it back to life. Please Plug your device to the charger and then Press & Hold down the Power button and Home key for about 30 seconds. If you see the Apple appear release both buttons. Any water/physical damage to your device?
