By not working do you mean you're not hearing incoming calls or text...is it just music you can't hear?  Please explain...

Speakerphone is a very nice feature and we want you to be able to enjoy it. How long has this issue been happening for? Also, if you try to play music are you able to hear it without headphones or other accessories? Any physical or liquid damage to the phone?

Yes, I can hear music. No damage to the phone. Have only had it about a

month and it worked fine up until a week or so ago.

Those are the details I needed. Thank you. If you can hear music then it's definitely not a speaker issue. Can the person you are talking to hear you when you turn speaker phone on?

Bluetooth is not disabled. I use Bluetooth in my vehicle (haven't tried

making a call from my car since this issue started though)

Great info! For testing purposes, please disabled the feature and place a test call to see if this helps resolve the sound issue.
