My texts will not send on my iPhone 5S, how can I fix it?
Hi Stafit! Oh no! We can certainly help you get your text messages sending again on your iPhone 5s! Are you having issues with iMessages or regular text messages? I would first go to your Settings on your iPhone and go to Messages. Please verify iMessage is enabled (will reflect green if on), verify Send as SMS, MMS Messaging, & Group Messaging is ON. Then send a test text message. If still having issues, please power off your phone fully till you see Slide to Power off. Wait 2 minutes, then power on again and test please.
