Need help with Toyota scout

My 6s pair with Toyota but when try to pair Scout the Entune display phone not found

Have no fear, help is here. I would love to make sure that your iPhone 6S gets paired properly. I just want to dig a little bit deeper here, how long has this been going on? What seems to happen when you attempt to pair, do you receive an error message?

This is a brand New RAV 4 hybrid. The I phone is paired correctly. Can call, receive calls, download contact lists, use Pandora, etc. Only when I tried to make Toyota application call Scout link, iPhone display that there is not link.

Searching the web some people said that this happens with the 6 s the way is set with Verizon. Too technical for me and I was hoping somebody knew something already. Is something to do transmitting data and voice together??

Is there another set of instruction that apply to the iPhone 6s?

Try it, was able to follow the instructions but did not work. Called Back Toyota as the result an e mail complain I sent them. The made me go to my car and follow their instructions. Their conclusion, iPhone 6s has not been " certified" to be compatible withScout link software. They did not tell me who and when this will occur. As you can tell my only option is to give this phone back to Verizon, it has not been 30 days since I bought it. Any suggestions? Please, would like to hear from you in the next 48 hours before taking a decision .

Thanks for your prompt answer correcting me about the return policy. I wish Verizon could do the same with the solution of my problem. Will keep in mind in two months my wife phone contract with Verizon will be over and will analyze my options .

In a situation where calls are working as well as music, the issue is most likely with the application. I strongly recommend you call Scout support and ask if the application is compatible with your car.
