My iphone screen is completely broken and I still paying for it, i do have another iphone that has been paid off. Can i change my line to that iphone and continue to make the monthly payments on the broken iphone?

Sadly that is correct. Unless you had insurance then you can file a claim. Another option would be to visit a repair shop if you don't have insurance to see if they can fix it. Do you have insurance?
