I got my new phone maybe 6 weeks ago. For the past couple of weeks it has been acting 'wacky' not responding to touch....and then jumping around. I have tried soft resets, and that works for a short time. However, something is definitely wrong...as I get stuck on pages and it is frustrating! Help....

Can you explain what you mean by "Jumping Around"?
Is it possible that what you are seeing is all the content on the screen drops down a about a third of the way down the screen, and then goes back to the normal positions?
If so, this is an intended feature for the iphone6. If you double tap the home button (just a light tap, do not push the button), all the icons(or anything else on the screen) drop down 2 rows. This is intended to give you better access to the items at the top of the screen. Push the home button once to move the icons back up.
