I've been traveling and no matter where I am I just get "searching" with no connectivity unless on wifi

I want you to be able to experience great service wherever you are. When you say that you are traveling, are you outside of the country, or still within the United States? On the device, if you go into settings> Cellular Data> is Data Roaming turned on, or off? Also, is Cellular Data turned on? Did this start just after the update? Or was it after entering a certain area?
