Bought a new phone IPhone 6s last week and now it is saying on SIM card installed. I changed my plan yesterday but I don't think that is the issue. Any answers and of course I am out of the country

Did you swap sim cards while you were out of the country? I agree with you as this is most likely not related to any price plan change.
