After many years of great home service I've been having dropped calls and in coming phone calls going straight to voice mail. I usually have full bars now I'm lucky if I have two. I called Verizon and was told that there are no issues in the area. Can anyone tell me what happened? I am using a new iPhone 7 and my wife has a 6s.
That's frustrating when you had great service with us and something happened to cause home service to have these reported issues, Michael. Let me see what's going on to work on a resolution. When did this issue start? What's your zip code? I could check the area again to see if there were any resent reported issues. Please share more details with me so you and your spouse once again can have the great service at home.
