We bought 2 new 6's at the beginning of jan. My husbands service is horrible! He will have 3-4 bars showing or LTE showing and won't receive calls. I call him and it goes straight to voicemail (and he is sitting right beside me). what is going on?

I'm sorry my friend ! I switched to Verizon last December and it's been hell since then ! They overcharge you and the service it's really bad ! Their internet service is slow even when you don't go over your data limit ! Call reception is bad and you get many failed calls ! We made a really bad choice ! Same issue has happened to me also

Help is right here, front and center Albcurtis! May I ask what zip code are you having issues in? Also, is the issue indoors, outdoors, or both? Can I assume that there isn't any damage to either of the iPhone 6? As you share the details then we can investigate.

I would try resetting the network settings on the iPhone 6.
