Imagine being a customer for exactly 20 years, and you can't get any promotions on upgrades.  There has to be a way to get someone to escalate to a manager to prevent losing a customer.  But no one knows how to do anything.   If i leave, they will be calling offering the moon to come back.

There are deals for existing customers. You just have to watch for them and they might not be on the phones you want.
