We want to get your ring back to normal, steffy3810. If you are no longer looking to use Ringback Tones at all you can adjust the feature by logging in via http://www.vzw.com/features and remove it. If you have previously purchased tones these will be lost. You can also log in via https://mediastore.verizonwireless.com/onlineContentStore/2.0/index.jsp#/View=HomePage to adjust Ringback Tones and set certain contacts to hear different rings including the normal one. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
